We are a member-base organization - a primary cooperative duly registered with Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). Our business is operating in Barangay Lanipga, Bula, Camarines Sur.

Our core business is production and marketing of certified organic pigmented rice (red, brown, black) considered as healthy rice.

We strive for inclusive economic development particularly for small and marginalized family farmers in Bicol Region of the Philippines.

Total regular members reached 426 with associate members of 350. Total land area collectively owned by PDCI is 817 hectares 120 hectares of which is devoted to organic rice production.

PDCi envisions a progressive and united agrarian reform community with deep respect for ecology and gender equality and governed through a participatory and democratic process rooted in positive Bicolano and Filipino values, culture and with strong Christian Faith.

PDCI as an autonomous rural organization is committed on building the capability of the organization and its member families towards a productive and sustainable community through a principled partnership and efficient and effective organization and farm resources management.
